AI solution for builders
Solution for all The Builders: businesses, team, or project builders.
Teach your AI to work for you.
It's not you. It's the times we live in.
The rate of environmental change is vastly outstripping our biology. The volume of information, signals, and opportunities is greater than a human can possibly process. More meetings, more orders, more projects. You need to make the right decisions, you want to grow and build, and you're fighting not to give up on the things that actually deserve your attention.
The toll of this exhausting era has a name: Accelerating Insecurity - accelerating uncertainty.
The solution to accelerating insecurity is AI: Artificial Intelligence - a technology working in the opposite direction. A co-intelligence for creation, a muscle to carry the weight of your routine.
"We have Paleolithic emotions, medieval institutions, and godlike technology."
— Edward O. Wilson
How to grasp AI
Most agencies sell AI through a showcase of tools or their implementation for select scenarios. But no AI project dies because of technology or bad code - they fail because of people, old habits, and a missing system.
of corporate AI pilots have no measurable impact on P&L.
of employees secretly use AI at work on personal accounts.
70% of success depends on people, 20% on company context, and only 10% on AI code.
of business leaders have no clear plan for meaningfully integrating AI into their company.
The core of AI lies in your approach to it
AI changes the way you think about work, as well as which of your skills will hold value: seeing the whole as a system, communicating your intent correctly, defining context and rules, experimenting, and discarding what doesn't work. A written email, minutes from a meeting, another spreadsheet - these are outputs AI can handle. But what will truly set you apart is the ability to build systems and connections, ask smart questions, and make decisions. The tools will be there to serve you, and you will learn how to orchestrate them to your needs. You will return to creating and building.
"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for the future."
"And if you want your company to be truly independent, you must teach your team to weave their own nets."
How do I differ from IT agencies and typical AI trainers?
At AI Divide, I don't deliver turnkey solutions (fish) nor do I run prompt engineering workshops (fishing rods). I teach companies to build their own systems, connect company memory, and create AI tools from within (weave nets).
| Focus area | IT agency (Gift a fish) | AI trainer (Teach to fish) | AI Divide (Weave nets) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where they start | Company-wide perimeter: changing systems top-down via IT and committees. | Personal perimeter: training individuals without system connection. | The builder, immediately: starting with themselves, zero blockers. |
| Data management | Expensive data cleaning and audits. Hits roadblocks in data and politics. | Ignores data. Teaches on isolated, external examples. | Builds context and a second brain out of real-world chaos. |
| Employee mindset | Fear of replacement and quiet resistance to the system. | Enthusiasm of a few individuals, the rest fall off. | Builder mindset: AI as a personal multiplier. |
| Practical adoption | The tool goes unused or gets bypassed (Shadow AI). | Fragmented attempts without company-wide impact. | Unified system, second brain, and rules (The Manifesto). |
| After vendor leaves | Expensive solution decays without an internal owner. | Effect fades after 14 days under daily operational pressure. | The team is independent and builds its own processes. |
| Where know-how stays | With the external vendor (dependency). | In personal habits of individuals (disappears with them). | Inside the company - in system memory and culture. |
AI will create a chasm in society between those who fail to understand it and extract value for themselves, and those who complement their human intelligence with artificial intelligence and actively team up with it into a powerful tandem. I have gathered the core principles of this synergy into a manifesto of ten principles on how to think, work, and enjoy life with AI. A lasting manifesto that will hold ground even when tools become obsolete.
You can keep reading about the program. Or I can send you the manifesto right now as a teaser - your choice.
Ten principles that hold ground even when tools become obsolete in a year.
Your AI. Harnessed for your business.
Four workshops for you and your business.
Teach your AI to speak your language. Build a system that runs even without you. Launch a company memory that AI draws from. Manage an agent that handles your routine. And make high-stakes decisions live, with a sparring partner by your side. You will build something real in every workshop:
A new way of working
You will understand why solving overwhelm isn't about adding more, but about changing the method. We will break down how AI really works so you stop overestimating and underestimating it at the same time. You will walk away with habits and a vocabulary to get far more out of it than just smarter Googling.
Your work as a system
What you do over and over, you will stop doing manually. You will build one such system right on the spot and leave with it fully operational.
Company memory
What your company knows will stop living exclusively in people's heads and forgotten folders. You will build a second brain where AI works in your language, within your context.
Decision-making and building that you lead again
An AI agent will build a solution based on your real case, live. You will spar over a real decision. And set boundaries so AI doesn't burn through your budget.
What you walk away with
Not slide decks for the bottom drawer. Real assets that keep running for you after the program.

Who will guide you
For twenty years, I led large-scale teams in major corporations. I was responsible for tech projects and connecting them to customer reality. I know how easy it is to fall into the frustration of overwhelm when you are making decisions on multiple fronts, depending on others, with a calendar packed with meetings and no end in sight. Internally, I drove cultural shifts and rallied people with the conviction and determination to build. Today, I marvel at how AI gives builders back their desire to create. And that exact desire is what I pass on.
Let's start building again.
The most certain first step is for us to meet. I will explain more and show you what it would look like for you. Drop me a line - no obligations.
